By accessing, registering for, or participating in any NXTLVL Sportz services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

For participants under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on the participant’s behalf.

2. Services Provided

NXTLVL Sportz provides youth sports programming and related services, including but not limited to:

  • Youth leagues

  • Camps and clinics

  • Tournaments and showcases

  • Skills training

  • Team registrations

  • Event promotions

  • Online registrations and payments

  • Community engagement activities

Services may change at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

Participants must meet the age requirements for the applicable program. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for ensuring registration information is accurate and complete.

NXTLVL Sportz reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or cancel registrations at its discretion for violations of these Terms, unsafe behavior, misconduct, or actions that negatively impact the experience of others.

4. Registration and Payments

By registering for any NXTLVL Sportz program, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Pay all applicable registration fees

  • Comply with league, event, and facility rules

  • Accept responsibility for participant conduct

All fees are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds, cancellations, and merchandise returns are governed by the official NXTLVL Sportz Return & Refund Policy.

NXTLVL Sportz reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its discretion.

6. Participant Conduct

All participants, parents, spectators, coaches, and guests are expected to maintain respectful and sportsmanlike behavior.

The following may result in suspension or removal without refund:

  • Harassment or discrimination

  • Threatening or violent behavior

  • Abuse toward referees, staff, coaches, or participants

  • Unsportsmanlike conduct

  • Damage to facilities or equipment

  • Possession of illegal substances or weapons

NXTLVL Sportz reserves the right to remove any individual whose behavior is considered unsafe or disruptive.

7. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

Participation in sports and athletic activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury

  • Illness

  • Property damage

  • Permanent disability

  • Death

By participating in NXTLVL Sportz activities, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants and parents/guardians release and hold harmless NXTLVL Sportz, its owners, directors, staff, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, coaches, and facility partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from participation.

Participants are encouraged to consult a physician before engaging in athletic activities.

8. Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, participants and parents/guardians authorize NXTLVL Sportz staff to obtain emergency medical treatment if they cannot be reached immediately.

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing accurate medical and emergency contact information during registration.

Participants are responsible for maintaining their own medical insurance coverage.

9. Media Release

By participating in NXTLVL Sportz programs, you grant permission for NXTLVL Sportz to photograph, record, and use participant images, video footage, names, and likenesses for:

  • Social media content

  • Marketing materials

  • Website promotions

  • Sponsor promotions

  • Event recaps

  • Advertising campaigns

No compensation will be provided for such use.

If you wish to opt out of media usage, written notice must be submitted before participation.

10. Intellectual Property

All NXTLVL Sportz branding, logos, graphics, content, videos, photos, promotional materials, and website content are the property of NXTLVL Sportz unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Website and Online Use

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

  • Interfere with website operations

  • Upload harmful code or malicious content

  • Use our services for unlawful purposes

  • Misrepresent identity or registration information

NXTLVL Sportz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
