At NXTLVL Sportz, we are committed to providing high-quality youth sports leagues, camps, clinics, tournaments, training programs, and merchandise.

Because program planning, staffing, scheduling, uniforms, facilities, and equipment are secured in advance, all registrations and purchases are subject to the following Return & Refund Policy.

By registering for a program or purchasing merchandise through NXTLVL Sportz, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Program Registration Refunds

Eligible Refund Requests

Refund requests may be considered under the following conditions:

  • Requests are submitted at least 14 days before the program start date

  • The participant has not yet participated in the program

  • The request is submitted in writing via email

Approved refunds may be subject to administrative and processing fees.

Non-Refundable Registrations

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Registrations canceled less than 14 days before the program start date

  • Registrations after participation has begun

  • Missed practices, games, clinics, or events

  • No-show participants

  • Late registration fees

  • Processing or transaction fees

NXTLVL Sportz reserves the right to make final refund decisions at its discretion.

3. Medical Refund Exceptions

Medical-related refund requests may be considered if:

  • A physician’s note is provided

  • The injury or illness prevents participation

  • The request is submitted promptly

Approved medical refunds may be prorated based on the amount of participation already completed.

4. Event Cancellations and Rescheduling

NXTLVL Sportz reserves the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule, or modify any program, event, or league due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Facility availability

  • Safety concerns

  • Low enrollment

  • Government restrictions

  • Circumstances beyond our control

If NXTLVL Sportz cancels a program or event, participants may receive one of the following:

  • A program credit

  • A partial refund

  • A full refund when applicable

  • A rescheduled event date

The remedy offered will be determined at the discretion of NXTLVL Sportz.

5. Merchandise Returns

Eligible Merchandise Returns

Merchandise may be eligible for return if:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery or pickup

  • The item is returned in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom apparel

  • Personalized uniforms

  • Used or damaged items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Digital products or downloadable content

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
