NXTLVL Sportz is always looking for passionate, positive, and dedicated coaches to help create outstanding experiences for young athletes. Whether you have years of coaching experience or simply a desire to mentor and teach, we welcome individuals who are committed to athlete development, sportsmanship, and community involvement.
Our coaches play a vital role in helping athletes build confidence, learn new skills, and develop character both on and off the field.

Coach Responsibilities & Qualifications
Coaches Are Expected To:
- Provide a positive and safe environment
- Teach fundamentals and sportsmanship
- Encourage teamwork and respect
- Communicate effectively with athletes and parents
- Attend scheduled practices and games
- Represent NXTLVL Sportz professionally
Preffered Qualifications:
- Passion for youth sports
- Strong communication skills
- Leadership experience
- Coaching experience (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work with athletes of various skill levels
- Commitment to athlete development and safety
